At Amal Enterprises, we strive to provide high-quality Islamic products including dates, tasbih, janamaz, kafan (tatfeen) kits, Hajj & Umrah kits, kurtas, abayas, hijabs, and other related items. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we have outlined our return and refund policy below.
Return Policy Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: Perishable items such as dates and edible products Personal use items once opened or used Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence To request a return, customers must contact us with order details and product images (if applicable).
Refund Policy Refunds are applicable only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team. Refund Process Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Exchange Policy Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
